With many of the beauty houses introducing metallic cream versions of powder eye-shadows and blushes, they are much easier to apply. Allowing for more control when applied, cream blushes and eye-shadows do not cake-up and give a more shimmering, fresh look that is perfect for the summer. Now for hair
